From concept to finished mould
We study, design and build injection moulds for thermoplastic and liquid silicone parts, working closely with our customers.
3D design and flow simulation
Solid CAD/CAM modelling with moulding-phase simulation via flow analysis software.
Fully in-house manufacturing
All machining carried out in our own plant, from milling to final testing.
Sampling and dimensional report
The mould is delivered fully tested, with part sampling, dimensional report and visual inspection.
Support and maintenance
We don't just build the mould: we look after its entire life with maintenance, regrinding and spare parts.

Analysis
Receipt of the 3D model or technical drawing. Feasibility assessment and quotation provided within 24 hours.

Design
3D CAD modeling, Moldflow simulation, and validation with the customer.

Manufacturing
5-axis CNC machining, EDM, turning, and grinding. All processes are carried out in-house.

Assembly
Complete mold assembly, heat treatment, and cavity polishing.

Testing
Mold trial, sample production, and delivery of a complete technical report.
