Our process
How we work
Every mould starts with a dialogue with the customer, goes through 3D design and is built entirely in our workshops..
Project analysis
Receipt of the 3D file or technical drawing. Feasibility study, material analysis, detailed quote within 24 hours.
3D design and flow simulation
Mould modelling in 3D solid CAD. Moulding simulation with flow analysis software. Validation with the customer before machining begins.
Machining
CNC milling, turning, sinker and wire EDM, grinding. All carried out in-house with latest-generation machines.
Assembly and treatments
Full assembly, heat and surface treatment of steels with hardness testing, cavity polishing.
Testing and sampling
Mould trial on the press. Full sampling with dimensional report, visual inspection and technical documentation.
